Aussiesonline.net will not be held responsible in any way shape or form to supply any product or item once they become unavailable , if any order is accepted and paid for by Aussiesonline.net for such a product or item then any monies received and funds are cleared for those products or items Aussiesonline.net shall be refunded to the party/person who placed the order less any charges incurred by Aussiesonline.net in accepting the order. Aussiesonline.net cannot be held responsible for any printing or programming errors on this website or in any of our mailings. By placing an order with us through this website you acknowledge that you are over eighteen (18) years of age. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to place an order with us. We do not knowingly accept orders from anyone under 18. Should we suffer any loss or damage as a result of a transaction entered into by a person under the age of 18, we reserve the right to seek compensation for such loss or damage from the parents or guardians of the person who placed the order(s) with us.
Returns
The only returns that will be accepted by Aussiesonline are those products or items that are totally different than the products or items that were ordered as per your Email Order or items dispatched to you by mistake . Under these circumstances Absolute Proof that the items are totally different (a photo the product or item) along with a copy of your signed recite of delivery. After the product or item has been received by us Aussiesonline.net will check to confirm that it’s actually one of our dispatched product or items and that it is totally different to what you ordered we will refund your purchase price less any incurred costs. After a period of 7 days of your recite of products or items they cannot be returned under any circumstances. It is also your responsibility to proof that you are returning the item within the 7 days of guarantee. You therefore have to hold on to the (mail) delivery slip with the specified delivery date or any other official document proofing such. You are responsible for all charges for returning the goods including freight and/or shipping along with any incurred costs. Goods must be returned in original packaging. When you visit our website or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. By using the website we and you consent to receiving communications electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this website. We and you agree that all electronic communications between us of agreements, notices, disclosures or other information satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Payment
All payments have to be done up front and all at once including additional delivery costs and government charges. Making a payment is however very easy at our website. This must also include any insurance charges that you have requested and we have obtained a quotation for on your behalf if you require us to pay them for you. We offer online-payment in cooperation with the known credit and debit card systems. Our system meets the latest and one of the highest of all requirements and security standards and we do all we can to stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
We do the best we can to provide the most accurate overview of the total amount of your order in our reply email to you prior to your placement of order. In your Reply Email the total amount of your order - including 10% GST if applicable and delivery/freight costs are quoted. We cannot be hold responsible for possible differences in delivery prices or any extra charges imposed by government bodies or freight/postal companies. We pay the quoted prices this end that we were quoted when you ordered and that quotation is attached to your email prior to your placement of order. When you place an order with us you have made an order for us to purchase the product or item you have chosen and when we issue an invoice /reply email to you we have accepted your order. Both order and acceptance are based on these terms and conditions. We will notify you when we process your order by sending you an Order Confirmation via email. To prevent credit card or payment fraud your order can only be accepted by us after validation procedures.
Delivery
As soon as we received your payment and funds are cleared your order will be processed. Within 14 days delivery will be dispatched to the address provided and confirmed by you on your order. The date of delivery depends on the delivery time of the requested product to us. If for an unforeseen reason your order is not deliverable or only at a later date than indicated, delivery appears not possible within the indicated period, you will receive notice via email. Delivery will then be completed as soon as possible. Aussiesonline.net cannot be held responsible for any damage in relation to the consequences of the delayed delivery. In case you moved or request another delivery address, it is your responsibility to keep your account details up-to-date. You can change your account details by emailing your new account details to us. In case you did not inform us (in time) a delivery at the last known address by aussiesonline.net (according to our records) will be considered as a valid delivery. We are not responsible for any damage that you might suffer in case that the delivery has not taken place on your actual (real) or previous address.

This Agreement does not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment or franchise relationship. Because you are not an employee, any minimum wage laws do not apply to your relationship with the Aussiesonline.net.
