3)  DO a quality control, see that its in the condition as specified by the manufacturer (if possible). This is  

     not possible with any product or item that is sealed when purchased! 

4) HAVE the product or item delivered to our warehouse.

5) PACK the product or item for shipment to you

6) ARRANGE the freight, shipping or post of the product or item to you

7) ADVISE you by email of the shipment or postal details.
