What we do for YOU!
1) We receive from you via Email a list of products or items that you are seeking or looking for.
2) After checking your requirement one of our professional team commences the process of searching for your product or item throught Australia.
3) When located we obtain the best price and availability of the product or item along with stock numbers, how long the product or item is expected to be
to be available at the stated price and quanity.
4) The cost of freight, post or your required method of transport to send the product or item to you is then sourced.
5) We reply to your Email with the cost to you of the product or item that you have requested INCLUDING:
a) Total cost of product or items
b) The cost to you of freight, handling and shipping of the product or item
c) Any other costs and charges in sending/shipping the product or item to you, this could include any government charges, duties etc.
6) Then we await your further instruction via Email along with payment as previously stated in our reply.
7) When all of the above is completed we then obtain the products or items that you have requested and receive them into our warehouse.
8) They are then packed for shipping to you in good order and condition (as received into our warehouse)
9) Your products or items are then dispatched via your chosen method of transport/shipping as instructed by you
10) You are then notified via Email that your products or items has been dispatched with proof of transport/shipping.
Pricing
A ONE off joining fee/charge is not going to cost you big $$$ as one would expect when joining a great service like this.

You can obtain all these services with a one off Joining Fee and a small product or item rate:
Joining Fee: a one off office/admin cost to set up your details and records of
$24.00 aud
Product or Item rate:
1 to 20 products or items $5.00 per year.
21 to 50 products or items $15.00 per year
51 to 100 products or items $25.00 per year
100 to 200 products or items $40.00 per year
all other quanties by quotation on receipt of request.
Products or items are rated as following:
If you purchase for example 1 X TIN of Jam , this would be rated as ONE product or item.
If you purchase for example 1 X TIN of Jam and 1 X Jar of Peanut Paste/Butter this would be classed as 2 (two) products or items even if we pack them in one carton for shipment. All single products that are purchased as rated as one even if all those are packed in a single box or carton for freighting.
If you purchase for example I X Carton of Tin Jam, (in a suppliers or manufactures single packaged quanity) then this would be rated as 1 (one) product or item.
Same with say mens socks, if you purchased one pair of socks then that would be rated as 1 product or item, if you purchased say a suppliers or manufactures package that contained 4 pairs of Socks then this would also be rated as 1 product or item.
One pair of UGG Boots would be rated as one product or item as that is the way they are generally sold.
This would be clarified to you with our reply email to you, how many products or items are in your order.
